Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of AT's recruitment process, and if additional voluntary consent is given, also for future recruitment processes corresponding to the experience of the candidate. The legal basis for processing the date are the provisions of the Labor Law or in the case of recruitment leading to cooperation based on a relation under Civil Law - the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the legally justified need of possessing basic personal data of the candidate. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Not providing data results in the lack of participation in the recruitment process.
