Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of AT's recruitment process, and if additional voluntary consent is given, also for future recruitment processes corresponding to the experience of the candidate. The legal basis for processing the date are the provisions of the Labor Law or in the case of recruitment leading to cooperation based on a relation under Civil Law - the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the legally justified need of possessing basic personal data of the candidate. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Not providing data results in the lack of participation in the recruitment process. Personal data will be processed for a period of 1 year and in the case of consent for future recruitment processes for a period of 2 years, unless the consent is withdrawn earlier. The given period is counted from the moment the candidate provides the data. Expected categories of data recipients: ATs employees and co-workers conducting the recruitment process. You have the right to request AT to access your personal data, refute it, delete or to limit its processing, transfer data, withdraw consent at any time, to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
