At Ars Thanea, we merge artistry with innovation to deliver iconic visuals for global brands. We are looking for a Junior Retoucher — someone passionate about visual quality, detail, and the evolving role of AI in creative workflows.
What will you do?
- Support the senior retouching team in preparing high-end advertising imagery.
- Work on beauty, product, and CG/photography composites.
- Apply corrections to color, skin, textures, and details with precision.
- Experiment with AI-based image generation tools to extend creative possibilities.
- Learn and adapt quickly in a professional, collaborative environment.
What are we looking for?
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and retouching workflows.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore AI-driven image tools in a production context.
- Openness to feedback and eagerness to grow in a fast-moving studio environment.
- A strong eye for detail, composition, and color.
- Portfolio pieces (school, freelance, personal) showcasing attention to detail in images.
- Good command of English that allows effective communication with the team throughout the project.
