🔥 What you’ll be doing
1. Executing our marketing strategy - planning and implementing activities aligned with the strategy; collaborating closely with top management and sales.
2. Lead generation & sales support - LinkedIn-driven prospecting, building contact databases, and working with sales to assess lead quality.
3. Social media - managing Ars Thanea channels; planning, creating, and publishing content (posts, shorts, graphics — with studio designers or independently for simpler formats); monitoring performance and ensuring brand consistency.
4. Newsletters - planning send-outs, managing subscriber lists, working with tools like Mailchimp; basic automations welcome.
5. Expert content development - collaborating with internal experts, editing articles, case studies and applying basic SEO/GEO optimization.
6. Analytics & reporting - tracking key marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversions, CPL), preparing short reports, and recommending next steps.
7. Webinars & online events (future) - organizing and coordinating webinars, working with internal speakers, using tools like ClickMeeting.
🎯 Who we’re looking for
Ideally, you:
- Have at least 2 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Have practical experience in:
— B2B lead generation (LinkedIn, prospecting campaigns),
— running company social channels (especially LinkedIn and/or Instagram),
— creating and editing B2B content, - Understand the basics of SEO/GEO and Google Analytics.
- Can independently plan and execute online marketing activities.
- Have C1-level English (our brand communicates only in English).
- Know tools like LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, CMS systems, and GA4.
- Bonus points for familiarity with Mailchimp, Canva, CapCut, WordPress, or ClickMeeting.
