We are looking for a CG Supervisor to support our team across a wide range of projects. This role requires a strong technical understanding of CG pipeline, solid communication skills, and the ability to guide artists and clients through the full process – from initial brief to final delivery.
You should feel comfortable making decisions, solving problems quickly, and leading projects in a fast‑moving, multi‑disciplinary environment.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years in a similar role (Supervisor / Lead Artist / Senior Artist with supervision tasks)
- Experience in working across different project types and timelines
- Background as a 3D Artist is strongly preferred
- Fluent English (C1) – all external communication and deliveries are in English
- Fluent Polish (C1) – to ensure smooth communication with our predominantly Polish‑speaking team
- Strong understanding of CG pipelines and how production flows end‑to‑end
- Able to assess what is needed to achieve results, lead artists with clear feedback, make assertive decisions, and handle new situations with a calm, practical, solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to participate in client meetings in the role of CG supervisor and subject-matter expert
- Actively learning – with real examples, not only intentions
What you will do
- Supervise CG projects from start to finish
- Plan workflows, timelines, identify risks, and support the team in execution
- Provide clear guidance and feedback to artists
- Communicate with producers, art directors, artists and freelancers
- Participate in client meetings as a subject-matter expert
- Ensure quality standards and on‑time delivery
- Support creative and technical decisions throughout the project
- Help shape practical solutions when challenges appear
